All items will be available for collection, in person from The Academy, within 1 to 3 weeks of placing your order. If you would like your items shipped to your address please contact us, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that arrangements can be made.

All of garments should be checked before use as we do not accept the return of items that have been worn, unless a fault reveals itself after initial wear. In such isolated cases please contact us immediately to report the fault. We will only offer refunds for faulty attire returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
An exchange of credit note will be offered for unsuitable purchases of dance wear and Academy attire if returned unworn within 14 days of purchase. All sales of personalised attire and intimate garments, e.g. underwear and tights, are final unless faulty, in which case the fault must be reported immediately and item(s) returned within 14 days.
We are unable to accept returns if:
A label has been applied to the clothing bag or packaging, or if it has been marked in any way
The actual label or tag inside the garment has been removed, or marked in any way
An item has been returned without the included accessories
The date we received the return is more than 14 days after the invoice date.
All returns to be made either in person or by post to the returns address above. Please contact us in advance of making a return, via email, at email@example.com
All orders will be fulfilled subject to availability. Should we encounter any delays or difficulties in completing your order we will advise you directly and offer you an alternative and/or a refund.
